- The Foundation aims to support the development of strategic frameworks, and assist in the implementation of programs tailored to the needs of the population
- It also ensures the monitoring and evaluation of educational policies and promotes the sharing of best practices to advance a common and sustainable vision of lifelong learning in Africa.
Acting as a Catalyst
Acting as a catalyst by promoting the capacity building of national stakeholders, the sharing of knowledge and innovations, the creation of cooperative networks, and the mobilization of technical and financial partnerships.
