Constitutive General Assembly: The Foundation was established with 74 founding members from across Africa.

ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL

The Foundation is governed by a, Administrative Council composed of thirty-four (34) members, distributed as follows:

- Fourteen (14) members elected by the Ordinary General Assembly for a five-year term, renewable once;

- Twenty (20) members representing the State and Moroccan institutions, as well as organizations:

• Five (5) Ministries ;​

  1. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad

  2. Ministry of National Education, Preschool, and Sports

  3. Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation

  4. Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills

  5. Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication

• Ambassador of Morocco to the UNESCO ;

• National bodies: AMCI, DGAPR, DGCT, CN, ANRT, ADD, OFPPT, ANLCA, CGEM, UM6P ;

• International organizations : UNESCO, ICESCO, ALECSO, UIL.
